Field Service Technician - Frisco, TX

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering on-site technical services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Travel to client sites to install, troubleshoot, and maintain technical systems and industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records, including equipment status, parts usage, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Educate clients on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
