Descripción del trabajoProven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to analyze complex data-driven business problems and recommend actionable solutions. Designing and optimizing data workflows and data management processes using modeling or mapping tools. Writing epics and user stories, including acceptance criteria, to effectively communicate functional and non-functional requirements to development and quality assurance teams. Creating and maintaining data-related documentation including data dictionaries, business requirements documents, and data mapping specifications. Designing and presenting visual data models and dashboards to communicate trends, performance, and project timelines. Demonstrated ability to lead data-focused meetings and interviews, document outcomes, and drive resolutions of data-related issues. Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, information systems, business analytics, or a related field o Equivalent experience may be substituted (4 years) Four (4) years of experience managing multiple data projects or assignments concurrently and strong multi-tasking skills Three (3) years of experience in the following areas : o Working with eligibility rules for SNAP, Medicaid, and TANF programs, with experience interpreting and applying state and federal guidelines o Interpreting and applying policy within an integrated eligibility case management system o Leading and coordinating JAD sessions Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, and perform studies and cost / benefit analysis of alternatives Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system : Identify problems Learn specific input and output requirements such as forms of data input, how data is to be Summarize for format for reports Write detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program Review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements Communicate functional and non-functional requirements to development and quality assurance teams. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities
Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Systems Analyst 3 to join our team. The position is hybrid with 3 days per week on site, and qualified candidates MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN THE AUSTIN, TX AREA.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the following areas :
Hands-on experience as a business data analyst in the information technology industry, demonstrating strong analytical and documentation skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Confer with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures
