Construction Superintendent

Position Summary :

• EYA, an award winning residential builder / developer, is seeking a Construction Superintendent to support the vertical construction of our production townhome product in the Washington Metropolitan Area.  In this position you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of full life-cycle construction activities to include scheduling and supervising trade contractors, coordinating with internal departments to ensure execution of project vision, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and coordinating key homeowner interactions including walkthroughs and orientations.  Experience-attained knowledge of residential construction procedures, trade practices, project scheduling, and safety procedures is required.
