- Has current New York State Medical licensure.
- Experience in Primary Care and clinical management of persons with HIV/AIDS and experience in harm reduction principles is preferred
- Certified and/or demonstrated expertise and experience in HIV/AIDS medicine
- Previous experience with an electronic health record, preferred
- Visual acuity and manual dexterity to interface with the computer and perform medical procedures as indicated
- Auditory acuity to handle phone calls and interact extensively with patients.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
- Maintains current DEA registration
- Maintains current CPR certification
- Maintains CMEs/CEUs required for licensure
- Maintains current Infection Control certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
