Location : Roanoke, VA

Schedule : Full-Time | Various Shifts

Employment Type : W-2 | Inpatient Orthopedic Unit

Overview

Were hiring 15 Registered Nurses for the Inpatient Orthopedics Department at a leading healthcare facility in Roanoke, VA . This role is ideal for nurses passionate about orthopedic care, post-surgical recovery, and mobility-focused healing.

You'll play a vital role in helping patients recover from joint replacements, spine surgeries, and trauma-related procedures all in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Active RN License Virginia
BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
1+ year inpatient experience (preferred)
Experience with post-op orthopedic care is a plus
Strong documentation and patient assessment skills

What Youll Do

Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care

Monitor patient recovery and pain management

Coordinate care with PT / OT, physicians, and case managers

Support ambulation, fall prevention, and discharge planning

Educate patients and families for successful recovery

Shifts

12-hour shifts | Day / Night Options

3640 hours / week

Shift differentials may apply

Weekend rotation as required
