Job Title : Audiologist

Locations : Santa Rosa, CA

Duration : 3 + Months (Possible Extension)

Shift : Mon - Fri 8 : 30 AM - 05 : 00 PM

Pay Range : $65 - $75 per hour. on W2

Traveler Rate : $3000 - $3200 Weekly Gross

Job Summary :

• Diagnosis and evaluation : Conduct diagnostic evaluations of the auditory and vestibular systems for adults and children, interpreting test results to identify hearing, balance, and related disorders.
• Treatment and rehabilitation : Provide comprehensive services, including fitting and dispensing hearing aids, performing cochlear implant assessments and programming, and managing tinnitus.
• Patient and family counseling : Educate and counsel patients and their families on their condition, treatment options, and how to manage hearing loss.
• Record keeping : Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records, documenting case histories, test results, and recommendations.
• Collaboration : Work with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and specialists, to coordinate care and develop treatment plans.
• Specialized services : Provide mobile diagnostic services for inpatients, including those in the NICU, and perform specialized tests like canalith repositioning for BPPV.
