Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping and executing organizational strategies
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy to strengthen business performance and leadership capability
Lead and drive proactive development, engagement, retention, and succession strategies for critical talent
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 10+ years of HR related or organizational consulting experience
Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale organizational change and transformation initiatives
Experience in multiple Human Resource disciplines, including talent management and leadership development
Strong business acumen with an understanding of business strategy and its impacts
A global mindset with experiences across different countries and cultures
