Endless Mountains Health Systems, a community-centered facility located in Montrose, PA, is seeking two dedicated and experienced Step Down Nurses for night shifts. These nurses will float between the Step Down Unit and Med-Surg Telemetry Unit, providing care to intermediate-level (IMC) patients in a smaller hospital setting that offers complex patient care.

No floating to other facilities

Weekend Coverage : Every other weekend

Staffing Ratios :

Day Shift : 1 nurse : 5 patients

Night Shift : 1 nurse : 6 patients

Weekends : 1 nurse : 6 patients Shift Info : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00)
