Descripción del trabajoJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in any state. Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Manage intake welcome calls for new clients in cases involving fraud, false advertising, deceptive trade practices, and violations of consumer protection laws. Develop an understanding of general business practices, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Truth In Lending laws, UCC-1 filings, and lien avoidance. Advise clients about the firm’s services and their legal rights and remedies under consumer protection statutes. Facilitate the signing of attorney-client service agreements (no selling involved). Maintain detailed records utilizing the firm’s CRM, including regular case updates.

We are seeking an Arbitration / Intake Attorney to join a dynamic law firm focused on consumer protection. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with clients affected by deceptive, abusive, or unfair business practices, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in their lives while advancing your legal career.

- Competitive base salary of $110K–$130K per year, depending on experience.
