Position : Customer Support Specialist

Location : Onsite Ocoee, FL

Compensation : $16.00 per hour (please consider this rate in relation to your state's minimum wage)

Requirements :

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Background check and drug test are mandatory.
  • Able to work an 8-hour shift as needed.
  • Role Overview :

    As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers. Key responsibilities include answering calls, providing product information, and assisting customers with empathy and quick problem resolution. You will listen attentively to customer needs, ensuring effective solutions.

    Your Responsibilities :

  • Address tolling and administrative inquiries using resources and training.
  • Identify customer needs to provide accurate information.
  • Process necessary transactions through mainframe or web-based systems.
  • Submit precise research requests as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of company and client policies, programs, and technologies.
  • Communicate with warmth and empathy.
  • Adhere to confidentiality protocols and laws.
  • Provide support to colleagues during peak workload times.
  • Qualities for Success :

  • Clear and concise communication skills for conveying complex information.
  • A strong work ethic and dedication to service.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Able to navigate multiple applications smoothly.

  • Willingness to maintain attendance during a three to five-week paid training period.
