As part of our team, you’ll work directly with inbound seller leads, converting them into successful home sales. You’ll have the opportunity to close 18-24 home sales annually while receiving comprehensive training and coaching.

Compensation:$75,000 - $175,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Train and coach with our Team Leads
- Execute our lead generation standards daily and weekly
- Conduct open houses when you get listings
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in training and script practice
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings
- Consult with buyers and sellers, convert to listings, and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
- Track activities and clients in Technology
Qualifications:You are a motivated real estate sales professional with a competitive spirit. You have sold 4+ homes. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones, or you think they might be. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
