Senior Android Developer

A company is looking for a Senior Android System Developer to lead the hardening phase of their next-generation Time Clock application.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and refine Android Lock Task Mode to secure the application environment

Disable system UI elements to create an immersive user experience

Implement self-healing mechanisms and manage boot and update processes for stability

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Android development experience, with Kotlin required

Deep understanding of the Android lifecycle and process management

Experience with Corporate-Owned, Single-Use (COSU) device configurations

Familiarity with processing hardware events and managing background services

Strong knowledge of Device Owner / Profile Owner APIs
