Descripción del trabajoConduct weekly inventory (retail, beverages, marketing collateral, maintenance supplies) Place monthly supply and retail orders via the company web portal Create front desk and maintenance team schedules Manage daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits Receive and adjust retail inventory using club management software Onboard and train all new associates Give tours and sign up new members Partner with the General Manager to : Execute member experience initiatives Manage staff performance and accountability Support personal training revenue goals Interview, hire, train, and develop new staff members High school diploma or equivalent required Gym or fitness industry experience a plus! Previous management and / or keyholder experience preferred (especially in a gym environment) Proven ability to lead and train a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly, energetic, and passionate about fitness
