Litigation Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join a top-tier global law firm known for handling high-stakes transactions and litigation. As the Litigation Paralegal you will support attorneys in complex legal matters from start to finish. This opportunity is direct hire, full-time, and fully on-site.

What You'll Do :

• Support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from case initiation to trial
• Manage case calendars and deadlines
• Prepare and file legal documents in federal and Texas state courts
• Organize, review, and produce documents for discovery
• Draft and respond to discovery requests
• Proofread legal briefs and discovery materials
• Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including attending proceedings as needed
• Cite-check and prepare supporting materials
• Coordinate with external vendors and manage day-to-day case tasks
• Mentor junior paralegals and legal assistants
