A company is looking for a Program Coordinator to support the Client Operations team in managing operational processes for contract execution and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Execute operational processes in compliance with established procedures
Identify process pain points and recommend improvements based on data insights
Compile and distribute reports on process metrics and maintain data accuracy within CRM systems
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in process execution and compliance
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably with PowerBI
Minimum 1 year of experience with CRM systems and data management tools
Experience in client operations, process improvement, or contract management
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
