Bistro by the Tracks in Bearden looking to fill our saute' position on the line. Room for advancement a definite.

Hard working, dependable individuals only! Experience required. Must-have include :

Professional, from-scratch kitchen experience

Sense of urgency

Organization

Punctuality

Attention to detail

Own knives / tools

Ability to work as a a team w / like-minded individuals.

Experience with bread and pasta-making a plus.

This is a full-time position. 45-50 hours / wk.
