Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and modeling of water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems.
- Prepare plans, specifications, and permit applications to support water / wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Participate in data collection, analysis, and report preparation to ensure effective, sustainable solutions.
- Work with experienced engineers to develop pump station layouts, pipeline alignments, and treatment plant improvements.
- Engage in continuing professional development to build technical expertise in water / wastewater design.
- Support quality control efforts, ensuring that all deliverables meet Jones Edmunds' Quality Program standards.
- Communicate project progress and challenges to supervisors, meeting deadlines and contributing to team success.
Experience & Qualifications
Education : BS in Engineering from an accredited college or university.Registration : Engineer Intern (EI)Experience : No prior experience required; 1-year student internship or a master's degree preferred.Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Esri ArcGIS, stormwater modeling software, or AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.Other : Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.Why Join Jones Edmunds?
