Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team at Jacksonville Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, walking, and transferring
Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order
Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that patient needs are met and exceeded
Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and promote a positive, supportive environment

Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA in the state of Florida
Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
