Strategic Manager, Marketing Technology & Product Strategy

We are seeking a strategic manager for marketing technology and product strategy to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our sales and marketing technology stack. This role will focus on connecting marketing automation tools, CRM capabilities, and sales enablement and demand generation platforms to drive measurable growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will combine product management expertise with a deep understanding of marketing workflows, ensuring seamless integration across HubSpot, CRM systems, and other tools that support sales and marketing alignment.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Marketing Product Strategy & Roadmap (4050%)

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for sales and marketing platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue objectives.
• Partner with sales and marketing leadership to gather user feedback and translate it into actionable platform enhancements.
• Serve as product owner for CRM and marketing automation tools, driving adoption and maximizing ROI.
• Collaborate with technology teams to prioritize features, integrations, and automation that improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline velocity.
• Monitor platform performance and utilization, delivering insights and recommendations to leadership.
