Hospitalist physician job in Missouri : Help build a new IM Residency Program as part of an IM Hospitalist position in a growing Midwestern city of more than 2 million (Kansas City), with a thriving sports and cultural scene, a cost of living below the national average, and an international airport.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package.  Compensation for APP supervision.  7on / 7off Schedule.  See patients with medical residents and students in the inpatient and outpatient settings.  Open ICU with Days only.  On call on average 1 in 4 weekends for inpatient rounding with house staff.  Comfortable call schedule as backup for NP nocturnists.  Faculty appointment based on experience.  Research opportunities available.  EPIC EMR.  Candidates who require Visa sponsorship welcome to apply.  Provide mentorship to medical students and residents.  Participate in program evaluation and resident evaluation.
