Principal Study Innovation Manager

A company is looking for a Principal Study Innovation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a global patient recruitment and retention strategy for clinical trials

Collaborate with feasibility program leads to ensure smooth transitions from operational feasibility to enrollment planning

Evaluate patient journey and experience plans, and manage the preparation of patient-facing materials

Required Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in patient recruitment / retention and clinical trials

Strong understanding of ICH / GCP guidelines

Experience with drug development enrollment scenarios

Previous management experience with third-party external service providers

Demonstrated cross-functional understanding of drug development processes
