Seasonal Ticket Services Representative

DEPARTMENT: Premium Sales & Service

REPORTS TO: Assistant Director, Premium Experiences & Ticket Services

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-time, Non-Exempt

Description:

Support the Ticket Services Department in building, maintaining and elevating customer service levels. Representatives will assist with game day activation, including ticketed group areas and pre-game benefit activations. This role will also support the Ticket Services Department in building, maintaining and elevating customer service levels for season ticket licensees and group clients. This position requires an autonomous, energetic individual willing to work flexible hours.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist and resolve guests problems
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and prior customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, customer service and leadership skills
• Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple requests
• Must be available to work 81 regular season home games, potential post season games and non-baseball events
• Requires attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing and high pressure situations
• Must become familiar with the Stadium’s policies, procedures and how to navigate the building
• Ability to anticipate needs, assess situations and act accordingly
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting in a respectful and courteous manner
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work in an outdoor stadium environment

The hourly rate for this position is $17.50/hour.
