Providing comprehensive administrative support to Mortgage Loan Originators, the full-time NMLS Licensed Mortgage Assistant will assist with documentation collection, respond to borrower inquiries, and utilize marketing tools to enhance business growth, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Collect and follow up on required documentation from borrowers up to application submission Respond to borrower questions regarding loan status and assist operations partners with specific loan requests Utilize marketing tools to support the growth of the assigned Mortgage Loan Originator's book of business Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum one year of experience in administrative support activities NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office applications
