The Center Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of The UPS Store, including opening and closing the center, ensuring the delivery of world-class customer service, and providing daily operational reports to the franchise owner.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of two years of experience working at The UPS Store.
They should possess strong customer service and communication skills, solid computer proficiency, and the physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 40 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods.
The successful candidate must have a dynamic personality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve optimal performance.
Weekend availability is required
