Our culture emphasizes safety, integrity, and teamwork, and we are dedicated to supporting employee growth while delivering exceptional service.Job Summary:A Lampton Love Propane Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing propane systems and appliances, ensuring safety and code compliance, assisting customers with service needs, and supporting deliveries and general operations as needed.Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair propane systems and appliances which may include working underneath houses, crawlspaces, and confined spacesSet tanks, run lines, and perform leak checksWork with customers to solve issues and answer questionsStay safe and follow all codes and regulationsHelp with deliveries and yard work when neededAdditional duties may be assigned by management as neededQualifications:CDL with Hazmat & Tanker or willing to get themExperience with gas systems or mechanical work preferredClean driving recordAble to lift 60+ lbs and work in all weatherHigh school diploma or GEDEmployee Benefits:Competitive payMedical, dental, vision & life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offHolidaysPropane discountSupportive team, long-term stability, and room to growAt Ergon Inc., we live by our core values: Empowered Service: Together, we're committed to delivering unparalleled service.
