Broad Overview

The Director, Training and Development is accountable for the implementation, and active management of training strategies, comprehensive module development and compliant processes & procedures to support the commercial business. This leader will be responsible for all training programs involving customer-facing roles within the Sales and Value & Access organizations, focused on improving business impact and results. This includes the delivery and presentation of initial product training and onboarding in collaboration with the Human Resources team for new hires and an advanced training curriculum for sales professionals, sales leadership and the Value and Access organization through various platforms including live and remote training sessions.
