What You’ll Do
- Provide expert neonatal care at two Level III NICUs with specialty services including HFOV and jet ventilation
- Collaborate with hospital teams and subspecialists to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
- Cover shifts in a collegial, private practice setting alongside a team of 6 neonatologists
- Support the medical needs of neonates using advanced technology and protocols
- Participate in maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-standard NICU environment
- Engage in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide mentorship and support to NICU staff
What You Need
Required:
- BC/BE in Pediatrics and Neonatology
- Valid medical license within Oklahoma or eligibility to obtain it
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a Level III NICU setting
- Enthusiasm for mentoring new fellows and team collaboration
