A company is looking for a Human Resources Director to lead and enhance its HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all HR functions, including systems, recruiting, compensation, performance, employee relations, and culture
Conduct audits of current HR systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and integration
Develop and implement a strategic HR plan that aligns with business goals and enhances organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a strategic HR role, preferably in a growing or dynamic environment
Strong understanding of HR systems and the ability to streamline processes
Experience with compensation benchmarking and developing compensation philosophies
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the HR function
Experience in a remote work setting and understanding of remote team dynamics
