Key Responsibilities Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and inventory levels to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction. Develop, monitor, and report on annual budgets and rolling forecasts for production, overhead, and capital expenditures. Prepare detailed financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, with explanations of variances. Conduct profitability analysis for product lines and customer segments, providing insights to optimize pricing and production strategies. Support strategic decision-making through ad-hoc financial modeling, ROI analysis for capital projects, and scenario planning. Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve financial processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation methods. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in a manufacturing environment. Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Ability to analyze complex financial data and translate findings into actionable insights for operational improvements. Bonus Qualifications Experience with cost accounting and inventory valuation in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) specific to manufacturing modules. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies. Experience developing dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Understanding of supply chain finance and logistics cost analysis.
