Managing mobile crisis referrals, the full-time New York Licensed Mobile Crisis Manager will oversee operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and support a team dedicated to crisis intervention in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Oversee daily operations related to the Single Point of Access for Mobile Crisis referrals, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards Coordinate communications and outreach with stakeholders, including the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and Mobile Crisis providers Provide clinical, administrative, and technical supervision to direct reports while utilizing performance-based management approaches Required qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field 3+ years of experience in assessment, crisis intervention, and administrative/supervisory roles Advanced understanding of mobile crisis services delivery in New York City Call center experience is highly desirable Fluency in English, both verbal and written
