A company is looking for a Community Chat Ambassador responsible for moderating and fostering engagement within the LATAM Community Chat.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor chat conversations to ensure compliance with community rules and moderate inappropriate behavior
Encourage player participation and resolve conflicts to maintain a welcoming environment
Analyze chat activity and report issues to administrators while promoting events and campaigns
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Solid understanding of community guidelines and product knowledge
Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions quickly
Capacity to manage difficult situations professionally
Creativity and adaptability in engagement strategies
