Description & requirements:
Recruitment and talent acquisition concentrated in Information Technology; compliance with labor laws and governmental and industry regulations.
Recruitment, sourcing and management of multiple requisitions; engage with hiring managers, effectively sell American Water value proposition.
Preferred experience with Success Factors Applicant Tracking system
Demonstrated experience in internet sourcing in IT industry.
Strong knowledge of IT systems and applications
