Position is with Customer Experience department. Work with a lot of data, all data is survey data and often need to dig deeper into operational data. We are looking for someone to do analysis using spreadsheets or packages, for models and forecasting once data is mature. Use spreadsheet and statistical software packages to analyze data, spot trends, and develop models/forecasts. Conduct detailed correlations and regressions for customer survey data and cable industry operation/product data. Leverage a spectrum of tools to conduct analysis on complex data to uncover nuances and inconsistencies, advising on conflicts and inappropriate data usage. Package data analysis results and trends into concise messaging in a summarized and graphical form. Documents results of applied work processes and practical application. Background in statistical analysis and/or engineering is a huge plus. Ability to interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction. SQL, Stats, RDBMS, Excel, Tableau, DB, R or/and Python - mandatory skills.
