Provide assistance to elderly or disabled individuals in their own homes. Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor and provide companionship for clients. Help with medication management. Assist with light housekeeping duties.
Assist clients with personal care tasks. Help with mobility and physical therapy exercises. Plan and prepare nutritious meals. Run errands and provide transportation for clients. Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior.
Prior experience as a caregiver preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Help clients take prescribed medication. Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctors appointments, walks etc.). Assist clients with personal care and hygiene. Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises. Do the clients shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed. Perform light housekeeping duties that clients cant complete on their own, including preparing meals. Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members. Report any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors and family members. Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required. Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards. Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints. Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner. Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills. Physical endurance to complete required tasks. High school diploma or equivalent.
