The successful candidate will be a dynamic and strategic leader, responsible for providing operational direction and strategic leadership to advance career readiness, employer engagement, and experiential learning. This role involves overseeing a comprehensive portfolio that includes program design, implementation, and evaluation, as well as cultivating and sustaining strategic external partnerships. The Executive Director will also be tasked with leading a team, managing a budget, and ensuring that the Center's services align with the evolving needs of students and employers. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a proven track record in leadership, change management, and the advancement of career development or talent acquisition strategies.
