Descripción del trabajoWork as a litigation associate on employment wage-and-hour and consumer class and representative actions throughout California Assist with drafting complaints motions briefs discovery requests and responses and other litigation documents Handle and support discovery including written discovery document review and preparation for depositions Participate in law and motion practice oral advocacy and court appearances as opportunities arise Conduct legal research on statutes regulations and case law and prepare clear concise analyses for supervising attorneys Collaborate with a team of attorneys and staff to manage a high-volume docket in both state and federal courts Communicate with clients co-counsel and opposing counsel to move cases forward in a timely and professional manner Support trial preparation and special litigation projects as needed Licensed to practice law in California (or awaiting CA Bar results / admission with strong credentials) 02 years of civil litigation experience; experience with employment wage-and-hour or class actions is a plus but not required Exposure to discovery motion practice oral advocacy or depositions during law school clerkships or prior roles is preferred Strong legal research writing and analytical skills with attention to detail and deadlines Positive team-oriented attitude and genuine interest in representing employees and consumers Ability to travel occasionally within California for hearings depositions and case-related needs Youll build a high-value litigation toolkit early in your career working on sophisticated plaintiff-side class and representative actions Youll join a mission-driven growth-oriented firm that invests in training courses and continuing education for its associates Youll receive competitive first-year compensation ($130000$150000) plus medical dental vision 401(k) PTO and bonus potential in a supportive collegial environment Dental insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance

Location : On-site in Glendale CA. Youll work from a centrally located Los Angelesarea office easily commutable from Glendale Burbank Pasadena Los Angeles Alhambra and nearby communities.
Note : You must be licensed (or pending admission) with the California State Bar able to work on-site full-time in Glendale and genuinely interested in plaintiff-side employment wage-and-hour and consumer class action litigation. Occasional travel within California is required.
