Adecco Staffing is hiring for a full-time Medical Call Center Representative for a client in Boston, MA. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with openings on 1st and mid-day shifts.
Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour
Schedules Available1st Shift:
Mid - day Shift:
Availability between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Must work every Saturday or Sunday
Days off: 1 weekend day + 1 weekday (non-consecutive)
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle high-volume inbound calls for hospitals and medical offices
Follow structured scripts while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
Triage calls by urgency, including routine requests and emergency situations
Page on-call staff and escalate urgent or critical needs
Support hospital after-hours communication (paging, dispatch, answering services)
Accurately document calls and update databases, schedules, and directories
Manage multiple systems/screens while maintaining speed and accuracy
Handle confidential patient information in compliance with privacy standards
QualificationsPrior call center experience required
Strong phone presence with clear, professional communication skills
Ability to multitask, follow scripts, and navigate multiple systems efficiently
Typing speed of 40+ WPM preferred

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
