Contracts Coordinator – Personalized Healthcare Solutions Location: Hybrid/Remote (Preference for PST or MST time zones) Position Overview We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and intellectually curious Contracts Coordinator to support Personalized Healthcare Solutions. This role is responsible for monitoring and optimizing contract milestones, payment triggers, and billing processes for Pharma partners across Pathology and Core customer areas. The ideal candidate will provide financial oversight for revenue forecasting and analysis while identifying process improvements and automation opportunities. This individual will partner closely with subject matter experts to develop dashboards, generate insights, and improve invoicing accuracy and efficiency. This role is best suited for a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Process Improvement & Innovation Identify and recommend improvements to invoicing and tracking workflows Drive efficiency through automation and process optimization Contract & Financial Management Track contract milestones, payment triggers, and billing activity Support revenue forecasting and financial analysis Interpret contract terms and ensure accurate financial application Data Analysis & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and insights Compare contract terms across portfolios to support decision-making Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with internal stakeholders to develop metrics and reporting enhancements Support change management initiatives and training efforts System & Data Integrity Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract and financial data Ensure reporting systems reflect current, actionable information Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels Additional Duties Perform other responsibilities as assigned Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or related field Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Experience 2–5 years of experience in data analysis and/or financial analytics Experience in Healthcare or In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry preferred Core Competencies Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to take initiative and drive problem resolution Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Ownership mentality with a focus on results Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools Ability to read and interpret contracts (preferred) Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
