Job Title: Test Operator
Location: Lawrence, MA
Shift: Split Shift – 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Position Summary
Adecco is working with a reputable manufacturing company in Lawrence, MA that is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Test Operator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a technical environment and has strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for performing testing and screening activities on electronic components while following established procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute testing and screening activities per established procedures
• Load devices onto test boards with precision
• Perform electrical testing on components and accurately record results
• Follow cleanroom and ESD protocols as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work with small parts using tweezers and other hand tools
• Use microscopes for inspection and testing over extended periods
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing or testing experience is a plus
Preferred Skills
• Basic computer skills, including data entry
• Familiarity with ESD and cleanroom environments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working with ISO 9001 standards is a plus
• Knowledge of MIL-PRF-19500 / MIL-STD-38535 is a plus
• Ability to handle small components with precision
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
