Store Managers are responsible for hiring and training employees, managing schedules, ordering inventory, maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, handling cash management and deposits, tracking sales and labor costs, supervising employees during shifts, and ensuring the restaurant meets company operational and customer service standards.
