Position is responsible for analyzing, documenting, diagnosing, correcting, repairing, and preventing problems with Cisco UCM, UCCX, and VoIP PBX Systems.
Through the use of platform specific software, engineering, professional analysis, programming, & technical knowledge, complete system administration needs for PBX Cisco switches Statewide; complete adds moves, changes, & system route selection & analysis of theories involving telecommunications. Specific hands on experience with Cisco, VoIP, Contact Center, and Video/Collaboration equipment, switches and products and be able to troubleshoot problems on this equipment and applications
