HR Manager Lead the People Strategy for a Major Warehouse Start-Up! Salary Range 115,000 to 125,000 Are you ready to lead HR for a large-scale start-up operation and help build the culture, workforce, and leadership foundation from the ground up? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to support a new warehouse operation with approximately 1,000 employees. This role will lead site HR operations, oversee an HR team, partner closely with Operations leadership, and play a critical role in building a high-performing, people-focused culture during launch and beyond.
