About Houston

ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors. What role you will play on our team

The Cost & Schedule Engineer develops cost estimates and integrated schedules to support project planning and execution. This role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with project teams to align scope, cost, and schedule. Responsibilities include early-stage estimating, validating cost drivers, and supporting risk, benchmarking, and execution strategies. ExxonMobil Global Projects is seeking engineers with 3 -10+ years' of experience to support large-scale capital projects. Candidates should have strong estimating expertise, understand the owner's perspective, and be able to deliver cost-competitive, executable project plans in a global, team-oriented environment.

About you

Skills and Qualifications:

• Engineering degree required
• Demonstrated technical and/or leadership capability
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze and discuss complex concepts effectively
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to success of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willing to travel to project sites when needed

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum 3-10 years' experiene
• Oil & Gas experience
• Leadership experience
• Project Management (cost / schedule estimating)
