Target Compensation: $98,000 – $145,000+ (Base + Uncapped Growth)
Role Level: Licensed Clinician (LCSW / LPC) required
The Opportunity
Traditional leadership roles often demand significantly more responsibility and liability, yet the pay rarely reflects the effort. We are doing things differently. We are seeking a Clinical Director who wants to step into leadership by hand-picking their own team. Instead of managing a pre-assigned department, you will have the freedom to recruit and mentor a high-quality clinical "pod" from the ground up.
The Vision: This role allows you to essentially own a business within a business. You focus entirely on clinical excellence and staff development, while the company provides the operational engine, financial infrastructure, and administrative support.
