A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Aftermarket Field Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to achieve aftermarket sales objectives and growth targets

Manage relationships with customers and channel partners, ensuring effective collaboration

Oversee sales team performance, budget management, and employee development initiatives

Required Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution

Minimum five (5) years of sales leadership experience

Minimum five (5) years of experience in an automotive manufacturing or aftermarket role

Eligibility for employment without immigration sponsorship

Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering; MBA is a plus
