Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end execution of go-to-market plans for content, including launch and seasonal updates
Translate brand strategy into actionable briefs for promotional assets and collaborate with creative teams
Use player insights and campaign data to inform messaging and optimize brand decisions
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product marketing within gaming or entertainment
Experience with tactical marketing for live service games or ongoing content pipelines
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with creative review workflows and collaborative cross-functional teams
Knowledge of gaming community culture, with a bonus for understanding the original Marathon IP
