OVERVIEW

PIN is looking for a Designer (Graphic & Web) who is equally comfortable designing for digital media as they are wireframing and building out web assets. The ideal candidate possesses a strong design foundation, an eye for detail, and a curiosity about how design influences the user journey across various platforms. You’ll collaborate across departments- Creative, Paid Media, Social, and Account Management to craft beautiful, effective design solutions for websites, campaigns, social, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with our creative, content, and marketing teams to develop visual assets for digital campaigns (social media, websites, email, ads, one-pagers, etc.)
• Assist with web layout and design, including but not limited to : landing pages, UI elements, and basic front-end adjustments
• Produce high-quality design mockups, layouts, and assets in alignment with brand guidelines
• Assist in concepting and ideation sketches, moodboards, and visual explorations
• Organize and package all necessary assets for delivery
• Work with feedback loops : iterate quickly, take direction, and polish designs based on internal and client feedback
• Help maintain and evolve design systems, templates, and brand libraries
• Support in day-to-day tasks (image sourcing, asset resizing, file organization)
• Stay up to date on current design trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the table
