Our Technical Sales Engineer will start by training and onboarding with our Implementation Team to work on implementations of our solution. By month 6, this person is expected to take on the Sales Engineer role full-time.
Responsibilities
- On the Implementation team : work with Project Managers to deliver, customize, and implement TurnKey Lender software, including setup with coding, SQL DBA table configuration, and integrations with external systems via REST / SOAP; develop customer-specific functions related to BI, reporting, and SQL query development; create detailed process documentation; fix / address quality or functional issues; build workflows and decision flows using a decision management framework to enable intelligent automation of digital financing processes.
- On the Sales Team : work with the team to establish the business and technical value of TurnKey Lender's solution, demonstrate capabilities, guide customers through the solution design process, and support the technical close in complex sales.
- Collaborate with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts; integrate software components with third-party data sources and programs via APIs; design UI forms and decision flows; gather user feedback and implement improvements; troubleshoot and upgrade software in customer environments.
- Work with US Sales Team to identify solution opportunities; conduct in-depth product demonstrations; lead pre-sales solution design balancing functionality, budget, and business impact; prepare high-level estimates by analyzing requirements; field technical questions from clients and partners; contribute to RFP responses with sales and technical teams.
Requirements
