Aspirus Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Antigo team in a unique dual-role position supporting both Family Medicine and Occupational Health services.

OPPORTUNITY:

  • Flexible scheduling with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities
  • Opportunity to maintain strong work-life balance while caring for diverse patient populations
  • Work in Family Medicine and Occupational Health clinics on separate days
  • Dedicated administrative time built into the schedule
  • Collaborative team environment with administrative staff, Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and physicians
  • Strong mentorship and support available for new graduates

Family Medicine Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
  • Deliver patient-centered care in a supportive clinic environment
  • Build and manage a patient panel quickly
  • Care for scheduled patients during clinic hours

Occupational Health Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational and business health services to employees and employers
  • Conduct pre-employment physicals and DOT physical examinations
  • Perform workers’ compensation evaluations
  • Diagnose and treat minor workplace injuries
  • Care for both scheduled and walk-in patients
  • Maintain DOT certification or obtain certification within 90 days of hire

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • DOT certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, and collaboration
  • Commitment to high-quality patient care across multiple clinical settings
