Medical Practice AdministratorGreater Austin Pain CenterAustin, Kyle, San Marcos & Dripping Springs, TexasGreater Austin Pain Center is a growing interventional pain management practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care across Central Texas. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Practice Administrator to lead daily operations, support practice growth, and help cultivate an outstanding patient and employee experience.This is a key leadership role for a highly organized, people-focused professional with strong operational, financial, and team management experience in a healthcare setting.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day practice operations to ensure efficient workflows and excellent patient careManage staff scheduling, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluationsFoster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team cultureMonitor practice financial performance, including budgeting, payroll coordination, billing oversight, and expense managementEnsure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable healthcare regulations and policiesIdentify and implement operational improvements to enhance patient experience and office efficiencyPartner with providers and ownership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and practice developmentManage vendor relationships, office supplies, and facility operationsProfessionally resolve patient concerns and escalations in a timely mannerQualificationsBachelor's degree required; Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or medical practice managementStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing teams and improving operational performanceKnowledge of healthcare billing, scheduling systems, EHR/PM software, and insurance workflowsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environmentFinancial management and budgeting experience preferredBenefits401(k)Health insuranceDental insurancePaid time offWork LocationIn personIf you are passionate about healthcare leadership and want to help shape a growing practice focused on delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply.
